Who Am I?

My name is Delaina. I am a humble student of spirituality, learning how to make the most of this human experience and I want to help you do the same.

What is Through the Flame Healing?

To go "through the flame" means to enter the alchemical process of turning the whirlwind of intense human experiences and emotions into growth, healing, transformation and empowerment.

I believe the greatest gifts of soul evolution and expanding consciousness come from exploring the shadows within. I help people do this through my work as an advanced reiki practitioner, tarot and oracle card reader, and somatic movement healing.

Offerings

I offer both distance and in-person sessions for my reiki healing and card readings. Somatic movement coaching is done in person to help reconnect you with your body and make powerful internal shifts in a safe and grounded way that is trauma informed. View the contact page for inquiries.
