To heal the mind, we must access the body
We live in a mind-centered world,. A world of “doing,” striving, forcing and suppressing. A rebalancing is needed. And that rebalancing starts in each one of our bodies and subconscious minds.
What led me to offer this healing journey
Throughout my years as a massage therapist, I've seen that the body holds onto things that go much deeper than the level of physical pain.
My training as a Usui Reiki practitioner was driven out of a desire to look beyond the physical, to the more subtle world of energy, and how that influences the physical body.
Learning Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy led me back to the body, giving me deeper insight into how to tap into it for true healing.
This journey offers a unique blend of all 3 components - healing touch, postures and movement, and energy healing.
How to Get Started
Spaces will be very limited - I will only be taking on 3 clients for the initial rollout of the program. Starting August 22nd, you can fill out a short application. After the selection process, we will do a free consultation to discuss the structure and pricing of the program and determine if it's the right fit.
