I have been on a journey of spiritual discovery for most of my life, but I really started diving deep in 2020. 

Initially when I started my journey, I did the whole "spiritual bypassing" thing, wanting to embrace love and light and shun anything I perceived as "dark" or "low vibe." I did, however, develop a strong anchor into the light. 

A few years ago, I experienced what some might call a "dark night of the soul" experience. I took a dive into the darkness, exploring my shadow side, old wounds and triggers, conditioned beliefs and patterns, self-limiting beliefs and fears. The heaviness of the dark almost swallowed me whole a few times, but here I am, still alive and learning to thrive, alchemizing pain into light.  

My focus now is on integrating the light and the dark, and of having such a strong anchor in the light that the dark isn't scary anymore. Seeing the beauty and sacredness of both, and using the darker experiences to uplevel, transmuting the energy of heavy emotions into growth and empowerment. My life's work is to help others do the same, through energy healing, esoteric knowledge and deep somatic work. 

I believe we all have the power to heal ourselves, with the right nudges and guidance.  

I am a bodyworker and energy healer. I enjoy offering professional tarot readings to my clients. I have my advanced Usui Reiki certification, and am looking forward to receiving my master training and spreading the healing powers of reiki through teaching. In 2023, I completed my Somatic Trauma Therapy Training certification. 

I have a passion for holistic health, yoga, meditation, astrology, reiki, Wicca, tarot and oracle. 

I love art, reading, writing, dancing, lifting weights and hanging out with my sweet little cat, Nora. 

I have a passion for writing about the deep inner workings of my mind, sharing my story of consciousness evolution, spiritual ponderings, life lessons and more. I aim to inspire and uplift through my writing, offering unique and thought-provoking perspectives for those interested in exploring that which goes beyond the 5 senses.
